We localize global concepts

Glocalization is our key behind the success of a global concept like Caffe Bene. We don’t just bring a global brand without thinking about its impact on the local culture and the impact of the local culture on it. The adaptation of international products around the particularities of a local culture in which they are sold, it helps global brands gain local acceptance. The aim of localization is to give a product the look and feel having been created specifically for a target market, no matter their language, culture, or location. But, it’s not just about translation though, this is obviously a large part of getting our message across. It’s also about preparing our product for a new location, culture and audience especially since the restaurant's menu is often customized to suit local tastes, we bring the globally recognized brands to Saudi Arabia, tailor them as per local needs and taste yet maintaining the authentic touch and global image. For instance, we brought Caffe Bene to Saudi Arabia, we tailored the set up to match with the local culture sans music yet maintains the uniformity in taste we offer across the globe, so that our customers just don’t come to us for coffee but to have “Caffe Bene Experience”.

Producers,shippers, processors, distributors, handlers, and numerous others perform actions every day that may affect the safety of the food. Our mission is to perform these individual actions as much as possible, so that the food we provide is free from physical hazards and dangerous levels of pathogenic microorganisms and hazardous chemicals. We are strictly guided by the HACCP Principles when it comes to food and safety. .
